If your install of Powerdirector 15 did not go as expected, you should try installing again. Then you should/must reboot the computer for the Mirror driver to be recognized. few thoughts, the Screen Recoder is installed when you install Powerdirector 15. What do I do now? I'm on the verge of asking for a refund for defective/faulty software. I am very frustrated now and am at my wits end. I've uninstallled it and reinstalled three times. When I tried to use to screenrecorder both from inside the software and also as a standalone software, it says I need to open Powerdirector up and activate it. I entered my serial numbers and successfull activated and also registered the software. Quote I purhased the PowerDirector 15 a few days ago.
